❄️ Snow on the peaks means it’s time to get ready for winter ☃️ Put up your snow stakes along the driveway, make sure the snowblower is running, sign your plow 📋contract, put away the deck furniture, stack wood, put signs up on snow stakes and TUNE YOUR SKIS🎿 Ah, the wisdom of age ✨ I used to leave all these tasks until the last minute, but now I know just how quickly winter sneaks up on you. These days, I even put up my 🎄Christmas lights in October…although, of course, they don’t get turned on until December! A little preparation now makes those first big snowstorms a whole lot more enjoyable. Bring on the powder!🏂⛷️🗻

✨ Sometimes, when one door closes, another one opens — and this transaction was the perfect example.

It was a privilege to represent the sellers of their very special Taylor River Canyon property, set on 10 acres across from the Taylor River with fishing access, incredible canyon views, a stunning contemporary main home, and a guest cabin filled with cozy mountain charm.

At the same time, I had the joy of helping these same clients find their next home along Ohio Creek, where expansive views of the Ohio Creek Valley, beautiful mountain scenery, and a little more convenience offered the perfect balance of peace and beauty.
