Compared to the previous week’s 63 new listings, 2 sales, and $2,725,000 in volume, this week’s numbers highlight a significant jump in buyer activity and closed transactions. While inventory levels normalized after the previous week’s surge of new listings, buyers clearly took advantage of the expanded selection, resulting in a strong increase in both sales and overall dollar volume. It’s a great reminder that a healthy inventory pipeline often sets the stage for future market activity.

Active listings climbed 15.0% from the prior month, reaching 269 properties and pushing inventory levels to a 9-month supply.

While sales activity slowed temporarily, the surge in available properties creates exciting opportunities for buyers to explore more options and for sellers to showcase their homes during the busy summer season.
