Searching for your dream home can be a complicated journey, but one thing’s certain, a professional partner can make an impactful difference. As a Crested Butte local and community enthusiast, I am dedicated to creating seamless real estate solutions in my area. I moved to Crested Butte in 1992. Being from a professional environment and highly motivated, I started a successful Title Company and gained a tremendous background of properties in the entire Gunnison Valley, performing thousands of closings. I entered into the alternate facet as a real estate agent subsequent to selling my company. Working with a multitude of buyers, sellers, attorneys and lenders has provided me with invaluable experience in strategic areas, important to representing clients. My attention to detail, accuracy and meeting critical deadlines comes naturally as part of my priorities. The quality of the client's experience is of utmost importance to me and I serve to make every transaction smooth and seamless. I have been passionate about helping buyers and sellers meet real estate goals since 1994 and would be honored to assist you in your next real estate transaction. No matter your circumstances, I communicate consistently with you to help you feel confident about the next big step. I am there to help you navigate the market without ever compromising the needs that make your journey unique. Each of my partnerships extends beyond a transaction -- it’s my promise to help you invest in a future that exceeds your expectations.
