Notable Sales | April 2026 Another strong month for the Bluebird team in the Gunnison Valley.

Crested Butte
149 Coyote Circle closed at $1,708,866, making it one of Crested Butte’s standout sales of the month. Bluebird’s Maggie Dethloff represented the seller, while Karen Allen represented the buyer.

9 Castle Road also closed impressively at $1,425,000, reflecting continued strength in the luxury market.

565 Saddle Ridge Road sold for $1,015,000, with Maggie Dethloff representing the seller.

18 Maroon Avenue closed at $4,700,000, with Bluebird’s Diane Aronovic representing the buyer and Jaima Giles of LIV Sotheby’s representing the seller — another example of sustained demand across the valley.
