🎉 5 YEARS OF BLUEBIRD IN GUNNISON! 🎉
What started with a meeting between agents Dan Estey, Brian Cooper, and Principal Bud Bush in May 2021 quickly grew into a vision for bringing Bluebird Real Estate to Gunnison. Five years later, that vision has become something truly special! 🏔️
From opening our doors in a temporary space on Virginia to transforming a historic Main Street building into our home, it’s been an incredible journey. And we’re just getting started!
✨ A few highlights from the past five years:
🏡 September 2021: Bluebird Gunnison opens its doors in a temporary space on Virginia, with Steve Mills and Bobby Overturf joining the team!
Over the years, Patti Miller, Trent Bona, Mindy Costanzo, Emma DeHaven, Andrew Kunze, and Madison Harwood have helped us grow into the team we are today.
📍 May 2023: We finish the remodel and move into our historic Main Street home, warmly welcomed by the Gunnison community.
🚲 2025: We launch Bird to Bird, bringing our community together to support our local trail systems.
🎉 From beach parties and happy hours to street celebrations and Night of Lights, we’ve made some wonderful memories along the way!
📈 We closed $22 million in sales our first year, and four years later, we’re on track to close more than three times that!
We’ve run out of signs, welcomed countless wonderful clients, and built something we’re incredibly proud of — all thanks to our amazing team and the community that has embraced us.
