- kitchen and dining area is stocked with all the amenities of your average home: large refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, hot water kettle and complimentary teas, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, knives, utensils, cutlery, spices, etc. There is seating for 6 at the round marble table plus an additional 4 at the rolling bar top island/table.
- 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed + pull out Twin XL bed, coffee table, midcentury high boy dresser, TV, vintage style space heater and large closet. The other features a bunk with a twin top bunk, bottom full bunk and a pull out twin trundle below it, closet with shelving, large TV with DVD player & dvds, meditation corner, and yoga/exercise mats.
- Upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub and wall mounted heater to keep you toasty after a shower even on the coldest winter evening. Downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub.
- Upstairs bedroom features a King Bed, nightstands and wall sconces, Midcentury dresser, small desk, and a large closet, large TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the front balcony with a hammock right outside.
