If you notice the neighborhood signs looking a little brighter lately, you can thank Cody and Jake from Maintenance. They’ve been pulling signs and giving them a fresh coat of paint to keep things looking clean and easy to read. Nice work, guys!

There has been a miscommunication regarding the event titled “Community Forest Stewardship” currently being promoted on social media.

Due to the high liability associated with volunteer work on greenbelts, easements, and private property, the Baca Grande POA and the Baca Fire Department have not approved or authorized this event.

The Baca Grande POA and the Baca Fire Department assume no liability for this event or for any activities or incidents related to it.

Our monthly Board of Directors meeting will be held this Thursday (Feb 19th) at 11:00 AM at the POA Hall. Members are encouraged to attend to stay informed and participate in the governance of the association. We look forward to seeing you there.

Happy Holidays!

In observance of the holidays, the Baca Grande POA office will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd. We will reopen on Monday, January 5th at 9 am.

The Baca Grande POA offers tire services by appointment. Please call the office during regular business hours to schedule your visit.

Firefighters Available for Hire for Seasonal and Year-Round Services

Baca Grande firefighters are available for hire on an individual basis to assist property owners with seasonal and year-round safety needs. Winter services include Christmas tree removal and limb or debris removal following snowstorms. Firefighters also offer wildfire risk assessments and mitigation services year-round to help reduce fire risk and maintain defensible space.
