Meet Mel Raulerson, Field Director of ONE Family Property Services. Mel has managed nearly 200 properties in Florida and has also been a landlord and investor across Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina. She is also a a veteran, military spouse, business owner, and real estate investor.

At ONE Talks Southeast, Mel will challenge the way you think about rental ownership: owning a rental doesn’t make you a landlord. It makes you an accidental investor. She’ll share practical, battle-tested strategies for managing a property in its totality, protecting cash flow, managing risk, and thinking about the long-term wealth that real estate can create.
