Today I had a the pleasure of helping this young man close on his first home. He is my youngest buyer ever! I am so very proud of him, he also happens to be my grandson. But I assure you he did this on his own with hard work and keeping his eye on his goals. We also utilized the SHIP program, it helps first time buyers accomplish their dreams. I can’t thank everyone enough for their help, Amber Ellis, Ameris Bank and Angie Kaltz. Cotton land title were wonderful to work with in making this happen.
