A huge congratulations to my sellers on the successful closing of their beautiful DeFuniak Springs home!

This closing is a special one for me because these aren’t just clients I’ve helped once. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being their Realtor through multiple moves, purchases, sales, and changing seasons of life.

And today, we can officially add another SOLD to that story!

In this business, there’s no greater compliment than when past clients continue to call you when life brings another change. It means the relationship went beyond a single transaction and, most importantly, that the trust was earned.

CLOSED!

Congratulations to my sellers on the successful closing of their home!

I’m currently out of the country enjoying vacation with my family, but that didn’t stop me from staying connected, answering texts and emails, working with everyone involved to make sure we crossed the finish line. The same commitment goes for the 3 closing next week.

I always try to attend my clients’ closings whenever possible. In this case, the closing was completed by a mail out as they live out of state , but my commitment to my sellers remained the same.

A huge thank-you to Sam Somerville and Asia Santa Rosa at Attorneys Closing and Title for all their help and assistance in getting this transaction closed!

Real estate doesn’t follow a 9–5 schedule, even when you’re on vacation.

CLOSED & ON TO THE NEXT CHAPTER!

After calling the same place home for many years, the time finally came for a change, a little more of the right kind of space, a different location, and just something new!

My buyers put a plan together, took their time, and positioned themselves so that when the right home came along, they were ready.

We found exactly what they were looking for in North Crestview, and today we officially CLOSED!

SOME CLIENTS BECOME PART OF THE STORY… AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to help these clients find a home in Navarre.

A couple of years later, life changed and they called me again, this time to sell that home.

Then last year, the phone rang again "Hey, we are back in the area". New plans. New chapter. New home. And once again, I was fortunate enough to help them find the right one, this time in Defuniak Springs.

Well… life has a funny way of changing plans.

Fast forward to today, and they trusted me once again to sell their beautiful home.

And I’m excited to say…

WE ARE OFFICIALLY UNDER CONTRACT!

It’s not about helping someone buy or sell one house. It’s about building relationships where, years later, when life changes and it’s time for the next move, they know exactly who they want to call.

Not enough Realtors are having the tough conversations with their clients. Setting unrealistic expectations with both buyers and sellers just to get a signature...but at what cost?

Is the market terrible, no, is it easy, no, but it can be manageable with the honest information and right resources .
