19 years old... these guys are the youngest couple Ive worked with so far but they just closed on their first home... i hear it all the time "we cant afford a house" or "we dont have 30k for a downpayment". These guys work hard and came out with 0 money down thanks to the hard work of everyone involved! Jennifer at Allure Title was a pleasure to work with and the team at Ameris Bank made sure to get the deal closed. It was truly an honor to be apart of the process for these guys.

Anyone out there thats working hard and doing all the right things can get a house. Its only scary if you make it scary. I do everything I can to make it as easy as possible.

I always recommend getting a pre-approval early on or even before starting to look for houses. There are 2 main reasons for this. First, you dont want to find your dream house only to be told you wont qualify for it. 2nd, most sellers ask for a pre-approval to be submitted with an offer. Having it may make your offer stronger than someone else's, bettering your chances of getting the home you love!!

Almost a year ago, I helped a friend close on his first home
