Last week I finished my 6th Spartan Obstacle Course Race of the year. I like to say my daughter drug me into the sport of OCR but the truth is I've come to really enjoy it. OCR racing keeps me focused on my health and gives me a reason to exercise.

As I was working my way through the course the second day, I started to think how much OCR has in common with being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
