Always behind, but excited to have these 3 new builds under contract for some amazing buyers. I have yo also thank some amazing past friend/clients who sent me 2 of these buyers. One coming from Illinois to make new roots on the beautiful emerald coast and a young couple who help the community by keeping us safe and well, buying their first home! The other buyer was also a referral from pasts clients we helped come from overseas. Referrals not only build a business, but are a flattering gift from past buyers, sellers, & friends that you did an awesome job...appreciative and very blessed!

Life and work have been very busy, playing catch up in between appointments and driving kids around! Congrats to my amazing seller on the close of her home, now to start new memories and move forward! Im also so excited for my south florida buyer, who was ready to retire in the beautiful fl panhandle...congrats! Thank you to both for allowing me to be apart of their selling and buying journey!
