Where did this year go!!!! It's almost July and our office will be closed on Thursday, July 4th. We will reopen on Friday, July 5th at 8:30AM with a skeleton crew. Should you have a maintenance emergency on the 4th, please call 850-683-0011 and wait for the 3rd prompt (emergency), leave your phone number, apt. # and name and someone will return your call. Wishing everyone a safe and happy 4th of July!!! 🤩🤩🤩

If you missed our Mother's Day Brunch yesterday, you missed a good time and we hope you can make the next event. A few of our residents and even (a future resident) agree to let us take their photo and share. Also, lucky Germashia won the beautiful Mother's Day Basket! Congratulations!!!

Hello everyone! Just reminding you that we will be serving breakfast for all our Mother's, grandmother's, stepmother's, mother's to be and pet Mom's on Thursday morning from 7:30AM - 10:30AM. Then on Friday morning we will draw for our Mother's Day Basket! Every apartment will be entered in the drawing for the beautiful basket and if you are not a mother, you can give it to your mother on Mother's Day. Hope to see lots of you Thursday morning and good luck to everyone on Friday! We will send you a text or email so you can stop by and pick up your basket! Happy Mother's Day to all our wonderful Mother's. 🥰

(Remember outdoor furnishings and decor must remain within the borders of your balcony or patio.) The winner will receive a beautiful spring basket full of seasonal surprises! 🌷🌺🌸
