Congratulations to my buyer at 806 Moorhen Way! 🎉
After viewing multiple homes, my client found the one that spoke to him the most. He was specifically looking for a home in the same school zone his son is already in, and one that needed little to no repairs, and this home was just that.
We were in a multiple-offer situation, and my buyer was extremely motivated. We submitted an offer over asking while still negotiating closing cost assistance from the seller.
It came down to the wire just a day before closing, we were in limbo waiting on the appraisal. The evening before closing, we finally received the clear to close from the lender, and the stress was over. We got this deal done in just 26 days!
This home will eventually become my client’s secondary investment property in the next couple of years, with me as his property manager. Then we’ll work together again to find his forever home! I love being able to help my clients not only purchase their investments but also manage and maintain them as rentals when needed. I’m truly grateful for the trust they place in me to handle such important investments.
