Parking Reminder - Long-term and/or habitual use of street or lawn parking to replace driveway and garage parking is not permitted. All lots have a minimum of two-car garages and paved driveways that should be used for parking. Also, no trailers, boats, commercial vehicles or RV's are permitted in driveways or on the property and should be housed in a garage. Thank you!

The HOA voted to allow a one time exception to the no above ground pool rule this summer due to Covid 19 shutting down public pools and summer camps.

Residents must fill out an application located on our website https://www.briarhillestatesky.com/ to obtain permission from the board. The application can be found under the latest news tab.

ABOVE-GRADE POOL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Pool Maximum size: – 15-0” diameter x 48” high
2. Type: Inflatable, above ground.
3. Removal of temporary pool by September 30, 2020.
4. Applicant will be responsible for any safety requirements, if any, for above ground pools.
5. Be careful during discharge of pool water to not alter or over burden existing water drainage
patterns.
6. Restore yard to conditions prior to installation of temporary pool.
