"Never stop learning. Never stop growing."

Last month I completed the Arbor Homes Rising Stars program. The Rising Stars program is a 5 month long program designed to build self-awareness, personal accountability, and communication skills for those with an interest in learning more about management and managing others in order to drive results while building trust, courage, and other key skills.

Over the 5 months I learned many valuable skills and can’t wait to apply them to my career. This is the first class in a three-course sequence and I hope to be a participant in the next class in the near future!
