On Tuesday night, we had the privilege of welcoming home our very own Don Rowe from an Honor Flight—and what a welcome home it was!

Our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg, Realtors® family was proud to show up for Don and celebrate such a meaningful experience alongside his family. Knowing how much it meant to him to see us there made the evening even more special to all of us.

But the night was about so much more than one person. It was a privilege to stand alongside families, friends, and members of our community to welcome home and celebrate every veteran on the flight.

To each of you: thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your service to our country. We were honored to be there for your homecoming and grateful to share in a night we won't soon forget.❤️

🔑 Finding a move-in ready home under $200,000 with this much charm? That’s worth a closer look.

Welcome to 468 E Brandeis Ave, a well-maintained and thoughtfully updated Louisville home that makes great use of every space.

The covered front porch gives you an adorable spot to start and end the day, while inside, the open living area flows into a fresh kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, subway tile, and butcher block countertops. Both bedrooms even have walk-in closets—a pretty great bonus at this price point.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard is ready for pets, evenings around the fire pit, or weekend get-togethers. And instead of fighting for street parking, you’ll have multiple-vehicle off-street parking accessible from the rear alley.

Add convenient access to UofL, downtown Louisville, shopping, dining, and major roadways, and this home offers a lot to love for under $200K. 🏡

So many properties have special meaning mostly due to the sellers who mean so much to me but this one is “triple special”!

1. I have fallen in love with this amazing 99 year old home. She has been a labor of love to get her shined up and showing off! Even Tom Owens is in on helping me find her history!

2. I love this family; back from my childhood days running all over Lakeside there’s was always one of the 8 siblings running around too!!

3. This is the first home my son Brady Petrando and I worked on together as he begins his real estate career. He has been beyond a partner loving this house and going beyond the call of service for the family.

I’m honored to present ..
