Our business dates back to 1997, when we achieve licensure with the state of Indiana as a commercial real estate agent with a national business brokerage, this licensure was followed by licensure in Kentucky and then licensure as an auctioneer. In 2002, the step was taken to move open as an independent real estate brokerage in LaGrange, KY. After working solo for nearly three years, we made our first affiliation with other agents opening FourSquare Realty on October 1, 2004. Through good fortune, extremely hard work, and lots of hopes and prayers, we grew. In May of 2008, we were honored to be invited to join RE/MAX, the best real estate brand in the world. On January 1, 2010, we merged our RE/MAX FourSquare Realty with RE/MAX Real Estate Center, and we grew. In 2015, we purchased RE/MAX Champions, and we grew. Our growth has always been through our agents and staff. We’ve achieved success by recognizing that we are served best by agents who serve their clients better, therefore, training and education has always been a focus of our business model. Today, we have nearly 50 agents serving southern Indiana, central Kentucky, and the Louisville Metropolitan area. These brokers and agents annually rank amongst the best of the best in the areas they serve.
