Today, mortgage interest rates soared to 7.02% They were 6.11 on Sept 17, 2024
Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS has 2,749 active listings with 1,170 zero to 45 days on the market. (Up from 2,290/1118 on July 5th)
Southern Indiana REALTORS Association has 1,078 active listings with 526 zero to 45 days on the market. (Up from 852/462 on July 5th).

Yesterday, I paid my local REALTOR association over $1,500.00 in dues for 2025.
Most Louisville area agents are paying closer to $1,000 to Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS (GLAR) and maybe another $1,000 to Southern Indiana REALTORS Association (SIRA). I must pay more because I am also a member of the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA), but those are big numbers.
I'd love to tell you how I can help you avoid all those fees, make $40-50-even $75,000 or more per year in nearly 100% profit without having to pay MLS fees.
