Venture North Real Estate Co is hiring a motivated, self-disciplined Office & Marketing Assistant to support our team of agents. This is a key in-office role that helps keep our operations running smoothly while also supporting agent marketing and social media presence.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait position — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide in-office support to real estate agents during business hours
• Assist with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for listings and branding
• Help create and schedule posts, reels, and marketing content
• Manage light administrative tasks (files, communication, organization)
• Support marketing efforts for listings, open houses, and events
• Assist with office coordination and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Willingness to learn the real estate industry
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in real estate or office coordination
• Canva or content creation skills
• Basic understanding of marketing or branding
Position Details:
• In-office role (Crivitz office Location ~ 700 Henriette Ave)
• Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow
• Flexible but consistent schedule required
