Home loan activity through the department of veterans affairs has jumped 114% since the beginning of 2020! VA loans programs approved more than 865,000 loans during the first three quarters of the fiscal 2020 year. Each year, the VA purchase activity increases 7% with Millennial and Generation Z buyers carrying much of the growth.
