My wife surprised me by enrolling me in a course on Live Edge Epoxy. Thoroughly enjoyed it and cant wait to move onto some table and counter tops.

Front and LH side almost complete - one full side to go.
Drywall has been installed in the upper 2 levels of both Condo’s - the basement levels are next.
The kitchens have been measured for cabinets and counters.
I measured 8 bathrooms, 4 laundry areas and the respective basement living spaces for ceramic tile this morning. There’s plenty of work occuring simultaneously so its imperative that we stay ahead of the sub-trades.

This is what we call “deck furniture” for higher end projects, and among other things, this is what sets us apart from our competitors.
Our custom Handrails are fully machined. The posts sit in a rebate checked into the underside of the cap, and are glued and then screwed from above - no nails.
Screws are concealed by wooden plugs - then everything is sanded smooth. All the joints are mitered or scarfed, and glued - therefore our handrails are continuous, and transition smoothly to stairs.
No splinters, no warping, no cupping and visually attractive.... “furniture”

Spring is upon us, the days are lengthing, and its warmer. One of our free standing Decks - as the plate is not attached to the house,there is no opportunity for leaking flashing and water intrusion behind the siding.
