DID YOU KNOW?? Paying an extra mortgage payment can shave +/-7 years off of your mortgage. If your mortgage is $1200/month and you pay an additional $100/month accomplishes the same feat. Can't afford that? But you can afford to pay $1200 x 12 months x 7 extra years=$100,800. Check out your banks website and run the different scenarios on YOUR amortization schedule.
