Double closing for my sweet client today.

This particular property went under contract. Then the buyers financing fell through. Her place went back on the market and within less than a week we had it under contract for over asking and closed! We did face some challenges with the closings which pushed it out three separate times. Today we got it done and she was able to purchase her dream property here in Dixie!
