More homes sold in July than in June, with 307 buyers getting the keys compared to 287 the month before.

Homes took an average of 37 days to sell, which is one week longer than June. The average selling price also dropped from $251,674 to $233,748.

So, what does that mean for you?

Buyers may have a little more breathing room, while sellers still benefit from an active market with more than 300 homes sold in one month.

What an incredible turnout at last night’s networking event and open house at 418 Goff Mountain Road! 🏢🍷

A huge thank-you to Breathe Downtown Huntington WV for hosting and treating everyone to a wonderful w**e tasting and thoughtfully prepared charcuterie boxes. They were perfect for snacking while guests mingled, explored the building, and worked together to solve our riddle game!

Congratulations to Isaiah Harris with Success Mortgage, who won this amazing Better Homes & Gardens basket, and to Charlie Wilson, who took home a $150 gift card to Breathe W**e & Culture Co. We know you’ll both enjoy your prizes!
