I have had the great pleasure of working on a beautiful home in Sylvan park. I'm going to post the before photos here and should be able to post the after photos tomorrow. It's quite the transformation. Especially if you are viewing it in person. My job has always been a blessing and it was a joy to work with this family to help them invest little so that they could get a lot more out of their home. Try this the next time you eat at home: Serve your meal on a smaller plate than usual. When you use a big plate, it tricks your mind into thinking there's less food on it and makes you think it's OK to give yourself more. Using a smaller plate could prevent you from over-eating.

Is it just a recovering housing market or is it pricing your house accurately and making it look amazing?! You tell me. I've had 3 staging jobs in the past three weeks. Of those three, two were back to back. The first house had 3 offers in 24 hours!!!! and they close next week. The second house had one low offer in the first few days, 7 showings in 11 days and sold two nights ago (less than two weeks on the market).
The third house isn't listed yet but will be soon and I expect it will go just as quickly.
