Monday Motivation: Your mind is a powerful thing!

I am just going to be open with you, something I have been struggling with lately is believing I can achieve, help, coach, etc the task and people that have been laid in front of me. I have struggled with being confident, when talking to clients, that I am the one that can help them achieve their goals. I have struggled with believing I am the right coach for our agents to have a successful career. I have struggled with believing that I am enough for the situations and decisions that have to be made for the people around me.

But one thing is for sure.. Whatever you believe.. You're right..

I am a firm believer that none of the situations you are in are meant to be handled alone. We are brought into places to make change, to lead, to be the difference, to make an impact. NOT through our understanding and skills, but the faith that the Lord will help you do and say the right things in that moment if you truly believe in him.
