After completely inspecting the property, as per state guidelines, we provide you with a concise yet informative report noting all of the issues discovered. Your DHI report has a summary, in which, we highlight and categorize the items that should be brought to your attention. We recommend reading DHI’s summary first then reading the entire report, at your leisure. We don’t like to wade through pages of data to get to the point and we don’t feel our clients and their agents should either.
