Getting pre-approved is an exciting first step, but it doesn't mean you have to spend every dollar you're approved for.
I always encourage my buyers to think about the full picture. Monthly bills, home maintenance, vacations, kids' activities, and all the little things that make life enjoyable should still fit comfortably into your budget.
The goal isn't just to buy a house. It's to enjoy living in it.

One of my favorite parts of this job is watching buyers see something I didn't.
I've walked through homes that I probably would've passed on, only to hear someone talk about the possibilities they already saw.
That's when you realize every buyer has their own vision.
