Doing both at the same time? That’s when having a plan really matters.
There are timelines to coordinate, offers to consider, financing to work through, and sometimes a few things that change along the way.
I’ve helped clients navigate both sides at once, and the biggest thing I can tell you is this: talk to your Realtor BEFORE you think you need to.
