Just a "friendly reminder" to check all smoke/CO detectors as they have a life up to 10 years.

Unfortunately we have known/heard of several that have either had extensive fire damage and/or spent a few days at the hospital due to CO gases.

These detectors were all original when the property was built in 2010 and expired by 2020.

One of the requirements for a Radon test is that all windows, etc. should be closed 12 hours prior as well as during the testing.

All testing locations (either directly to seller if FSBO or their LA) are advised of the test with a document stating how the test is performed and what is required.

Unfortunately, someone didn't get "the message" so our testing equipment will need to sit an additional day to complete full testing.

All bathrooms should either have one of two items (openable window and/or exhaust fan)

Without proper ventilation mold, etc. can grow very quickly and does not have to be visibly present.

All properties should be inspected no matter the age.

Electrical panel for property in question is original/about 20 years old and the double taps (double wiring) on the central left side are safety concerns as they are "Arc Faults" and used for bedroom electrical from 2001-2004.

Just a friendly reminder that for Smoke Detectors/CO Detectors to work they should have batteries installed.

Safety devices also have up to a 10 year life prior to expiring and becoming non-operational.
