A big, fenced-in yard is great. But as a dog owner, I know there's more to consider! 🐶

When buying a home in Northwest Indiana, I always encourage buyers to look beyond the listing price.

Property taxes, insurance, utilities, and maintenance can add up faster than you think!

💚 My advice? Don't just buy a home you can afford. Buy one that lets you live comfortably, too.
