We have a RARE summer opening due to a last minute cancellation.

We’re offering $200 night plus clean fee to friends and family.

We will also throw in the 4 seat golf cart for $75 night.

Check in after 3 Sunday or early as you want starting Monday.

Must be checked out by Friday 11am.

We strive for an excellent stay and it’s showing!

Y’all know we are always re-investing for your comfort and we have upgraded the hall fiberglass tub to a walk in shower! Frameless glass goes in next week.

Future upgrades will be deck remodel, elevator and walk in shower for master. (Calm down though, one thing at a time! 😂😂)

We have started getting bookings 2 months earlier than we did last year.

Better book early!

Two years ago and 2 days ago today we closed on the house, and 2 days later the adventure began!

Year one…half booked at best…and this year we are ending the year with bookings all the way until the end of November and already getting spring bookings!

It’s been a fast and crazy year so far! Our last post in April was for becoming top 10% of homes in our area as host. Here we are 83 days later and excited to announce that we have achieved our goal of SuperHost on Airbnb!

COMPLETE new septic system. The original was a pre 70’s from a pre hurricane IKE home. 😳🤯

This upgrade was VERY expensive and not something you will notice…but we take care of things like this, so that it never has to even be a problem to begin with.
