Every home has a story, and this one came with a unique journey. 🏡

A few months ago, we received a call to help a family sell a home after the passing of a loved one. The property needed significant work and a complete clean-out, so we carefully discussed the options and created a strategy that made the most sense for the family.

Rather than taking the traditional route, we marketed the home through our private network and sold it with all of the contents included. The response was incredible, resulting in multiple offers and a successful closing at the end of May.

After the sale, the new owner tackled the massive clean-out project, utilizing multiple dumpsters from redbox+ of Northern Illinois and completely gutted the home. Just one week later, the property was back on the market, received multiple offers again, and has now closed to a buyer who plans to give this charming home a full restoration.
