😅 9am Frieda - Lo impact but totally not easy!
💪10am Terri - Seated strength work that's also not easy!
😉3:30pm Alesha - Lo impact but a serious pumper and early enough to be home to make dinner
😁4:30pm Laura - Lo impact and a totally fun, tough workout, still time for dinner.
😫5:30pm Trina - HiiT workout with intense muscle building, dinner-schminner. :)
🙌 6:30pm Mae - Great stretch in 30 minutes to cap off the day!
