Every closing is special, but this one is just a little extra special to me.

Over the years, I’ve learned that family isn’t always about sharing the same blood. Sometimes, the people who come into your life, choose to love you, stand beside you, celebrate with you, and become part of your everyday life end up feeling every bit as much like family. Every real estate transaction has a lot of moving parts, but this one had a few more than usual! This was a simultaneous closing, which meant we were waiting on funds from my buyer’s buyer and their lender to make their way to a second title company before we could complete our closing.

Two title companies. Two lenders. Multiple real estate agents. Two transactions happening simultaneously. A whole lot of communication, coordination, and behind-the-scenes moving pieces! 😅

And somehow… it all came together completely seamlessly! 🙌
