This gorgeous new build in La Vernia is officially closed!
After TWO years of looking, being patient, going under contract on one & then letting me talk them out of it because it truly just wasn't the right one, we found THE ONE & it couldn't be more perfect!
When you walk into a home and everyone looks at each other like 🤩 you know it's right!

It took a bit for just the right buyer to come along but once under contract thanks to an awesome agent on the other side who was pleasant to negotiate with & work with overall, all went smoothly.

This goes to show not all transactions are smooth sailing but having buyers who stick with it, showing the sellers they are trying and taking the steps to make it happen when you've hit roadblocks goes a long way. Having an agent who communicates effectively on your behalf and isn't too proud to take suggestions on lenders to make it happen helps too!

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒This couple & their 2 young sons have been displaced for a month anticipating everything to go smoothly with the purchase after selling their home. We have run into every roadblock but with some try, perseverance, cooperation from the sellers and agents willing to work together this team was able to make it happen!
I can not wait for your boys to make all the memories in this home & property!
