From list to close in under 60 days! So excited for this seller as they move on to their next chapter.
We had a few delays on the buyer side while final details were being worked out, but we got it across the finish line and to the closing table!
One thing I remember from our first meeting was being told, "I should warn you, sometimes I'm hard to get ahold of because of my job." My response? No problem. We'll set expectations from the start, and I've got you covered. If I need an answer to something important, I'll keep after you until I get one! 😂 & that's exactly what happened, with a demanding career for the seller there was some late night texts and phone calls. Sometimes where I followed up a few times before there was an answer but for the most part we knew each other's expectations and I was able to navigate for them.
This great home received multiple offers, and we were able to choose the one that made the most sense for the seller. Overall, it was a smooth transaction with just a few situations that required some outside the box thinking along the way.
