This guy in my opinion hit the nail on the head. As a real estate professional my advice would be to start getting your ducks in a row if you are remotely thinking it’s time to sell or buy a house. This market (especially on Cullman) is going to go crazy again. The influx of families moving to our communities will make inventory even lower than it has been.

This is 💯 true. Don’t let interest rates scare you. Most all Mortgage Lenders have programs that could possibly help.

When interest rates were very low a few years ago, the market went crazy. Buying a home was difficult even with great rates. Buyers where faced with multiple offer situations and most of the time were having to submit offers thousands of dollars higher than the list price of the home/property.

Now the market has slowed down and Buyers have more negotiation power when it comes to submitting offers to purchase a home or property…
