SPRING HAS SPRUNG IN CULLMAN — March is the first month this year where the numbers really start to feel like “spring” is showing up again.

Here’s what changed in March:
✅ 71 homes sold (up from 52 in February)
✅ Days on market dropped to 60 (down from 117 in February… big difference)
✅ Months of supply improved to 6.6 (down from 8.4)
✅ Median price moved up to $254,900

SUMMARY: activity picked up, homes are moving at a more normal pace again, and the market is starting to feel more balanced.

If you’re thinking about buying this spring, this can mean more opportunities and better timing if you’re prepared. If you’re selling, it’s a good reminder that pricing and presentation still matter, but the right homes are absolutely moving.
