Due to the inclement weather yesterday, it was excessively wet to undertake dirt excavation, but fortunately, our new job entails clearing work that can proceed while the ground dries. We plan to construct a 30-foot wide driveway that will diverge into two separate areas, each spanning two acres.

We encountered several obstacles in this project, but fortunately, we were able to complete this section of the pond before the rain set in. We plan to add another section to the pond when the weather permits.

Started a new pond build yesterday. This is a low lying area with abundant watershed. It has very little elevation drop so there will need to be a large amount of materials moved out to create the desired depth. Praying we can have this ready before the rain this weekend.

This property in Cullman County has turned out really nice, given the conditions we have had to overcome with the weather and the lay of the land. We constructed a 100’x200’ house pad, a 40’x75’ shop pad, a nice 1-acre pond, cleared 15 acres, and put in a new circular drive with a turnaround for big trucks.
