Wow!! What a great {busy} weekend full of closings, showings, and Open Houses. And I.AM.HERE.FOR.IT!

Friday my lovely buyers closed out on this great home in a favorite Smith Lake community. I'm a little biased since it's my very own neighborhood, but they are the sweetest people and now go from clients to neighbors. We're so excited to have the Pearmans in Simpson Shores Estates.

Well...I’ve been a little absent from social media the last few months— I’ve taken some much needed time to focus more on my family (and I’m okay with that).

Life is always busy in one form or another, and while my focus has been on my families needs, I have still been busy (and very blessed) in my real estate career over the past few months.

So much to be thankful for this season! 🦃

This home only lasted 20 days on market before the perfect buyer snatched it up. My sellers are thrilled to be wrapping this one up just in time for the holidays!

When you ask Realtors “how’s the market?”…my guess is the answer will vary based on the agent and the flow of their business. My answer…it’s great! The buyers that are out looking right now are SERIOUS! They’re not tire kickers wasting your time. They’re pre-approved and ready to make a move. If they’re willing to work with the rates we currently have, they NEED to make a move.

SELLERS this is your sign to stop waiting for “rates to drop.” We don’t know when that will happen or if it will happen. And if you wait for that time to sell I have news for you….EVERYONE else is too. Your going to have more competition for your home, and buyers are going to have more options and more room in their budget.
