Some posts are easy to write. This one means a little more.
As the broker of The Journey Home Realty Group, I have the opportunity to work alongside Stacey Long every day. While many people see the finished product, the successful closings, the smiling clients, and the sold signs, I get to see everything that happens behind the scenes.
I see the phone calls she takes when no one else is willing to answer. I see the extra effort she puts in to make sure her clients are taken care of. I see the integrity she brings to every transaction and the genuine care she has for the people she serves.
So while many people are just now discovering what an incredible Realtor Stacey is, we've had the privilege of knowing it all along.
That's why I couldn't be more proud to see Stacey nominated for Best Realtor in the Cullman Times Best of the Best awards.

Anyone else get such joy out of a fresh cut lawn? Especially when it has been raining everyday. This chore being complete (for a couple days anyway) gives me a little peace when I get home.

The lawn has a long way to go to look really nice, but for now, I will accept it being green and short.
