SOLD is so much more than a four-letter word… and oh, what a story this one was. ❤️🏡
I’ve been waiting MONTHS to share this one, and it’s a doozy! I’ll try my best to condense a very long story. 😉
We officially made these sweet buyers “homeless” when we sold and closed on the home they had loved and lived in for years on 01/15/26. The home where they had raised their babies, made memories and built a life. It was time for a change, and thankfully, they were blessed with a family rental to call home temporarily while we searched for their next one.
We searched and searched for the right one!
But God. 🙏🏻
We kept trusting that God had a plan, even when we couldn’t see it. Even when we didn’t understand why this was happening or why the road to their new home had to be so difficult.
Then came August 12, 2026.
A home was listed.
We scheduled an appointment ASAP.
And when we walked through the door…
We knew.
This was their home.
It wasn’t brand new. It wasn’t perfect. But it was HOME. ❤️
Their hearts knew it immediately.
They loved it… but so did everyone else!
The listing agent ended up with SIX OFFERS — SIX! — in this market.
We knew we had our work cut out for us. These buyers had already been through so much, and we wanted this for them more than they probably realized.
We drafted a strong, clean offer. They trusted us, listened to our guidance, and THEY GOT IT! 🙌🏻 (insert happy tears 🥹)
Today, we closed. 🎉🏡
And next week, they finally get to move HOME.
So, welcome home, friends. ❤️
I share all of this because real estate is SO much more than a transaction to us.
It’s not simply selling a house or helping someone buy one.
It’s relationships.
It’s trust.
It’s friendships.

You see, this house wasn’t even listed when we started looking back in January. And we’ll probably never know exactly why God made them take the long way home to get here.
But that’s okay.
Because today, they’re HOME.
And maybe the journey was necessary to get them exactly where they were supposed to be.
God is faithful. ❤️
