Ok FB, y’all helped me find my clients the perfect house when I asked a few days ago and we are now under contract. I have another client from out of town that I’m looking for a home.

3-4 BR, 2 Bath would like either in the city or on the outskirts of town. It can be in the county just not far out. They travel Hwy 157 toward Florence / Muscle Shoals a lot so anywhere on that side of town. They would like at least 1/2 an acre.

2,200-2,500 sq ft with 2-3 Car Garage.

$450,000 or less.

As of August 17, 2024, 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒® nationwide must have a signed 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫'𝐬 Agency Agreement 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 showing you any property. This is now a mandatory step, with no exceptions, due to the recent settlement between the DOJ and NAR.

**What does this mean for you?** ❓
Before we can view any homes together 🏡, we’ll need to have this agreement in place—regardless of our prior relationship or how long we've known each other 🤝.
