Number 1 Question I get asked by borrowers

How does getting a grant impact my purchase transaction?

A week ago I had 1st Time Homebuyers go under contract and close within three weeks time.
They received a grant from First Front Door for $15,000

How it impacted their purchase?

1. All closing cost was paid by grant
2. They were able to buydown points with their grant by 2.50 points
3. There offer was more competitive than other offers on the property because they were paying their own closing cost
It allowed more negotiating
4. Best of all they don’t have any mortgage insurance

As you can see getting these grants can be life changing!!!
