I had a lovely time presenting a donation check to Mr. Chris McGill, Executive Director of Culpeper Housing & Shelter Services (CHASS). He was very generous with his time and educated me on how this charity services so many in our community each and every day. Thank you Chris!

I had the pleasure of delivering a donation check to Cindy at Serendipity Animal Rescue. They currently have over 20 dogs ready for adoption, all are spayed/neutered and microchipped. I got a warm, tail wagging welcome from all!

I had the pleasure of presenting Debbie with a donation check. Debbie is a volunteer with Culpeper Humane Society. It was a joy to meet her, and this donation will help spay/neuter several dogs and cats here in Culpeper.

Bought and sold a home in 2023.

Tami impressed me with her ability to contact contractors to take care of home inspection requirements in a very timely fashion. She also helped with landscaping and painting to make a great first impression of the property I was selling. Tami's knowledge of all the paperwork and laws required in selling a house was impressive. She had the house under contract in less than a week and it was perfectly priced.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Culpeper, VA.

Tami is a wonderful real estate agent and I so enjoyed working with her. I have bought and sold a lot in Rillhurst Estates and bought a new house and sold an old house with her. She is so professional and knowledgeable about the area, the neighborhoods and the houses themselves. She is also very quick to respond to questions. I trust her real estate judgement completely. She made the process of buying and selling a house much, much less stressful.
