“And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 31:8
This verse. This sums up the whys behind every solution to every obstacle that we faced getting to closing day. The Lord went before us. He knew that you would not make that first viewing, but He allowed my sister and I to share the view. He knew the lenders that would tell us no, but He lead us to the lender that would say YES! He knew the inspections, and the inspector, and the re-inspections. He foresaw the delays, but His timing, in the end, is always perfect. For all the reasons that we can see and a million more that we cannot. Thank you Cherrie for having faith in me, in the crazy process that can be real estate, and 11 hour round trips to West Virginia with all of our kiddos in tow! During our walk through, I snapped this picture to the right of a beautiful sentiment left on the fridge from the sellers. “Your children will become who you are, so be who you want them to be.” May you and Greg let the Lord continue to go before you, and those babies will follow right behind!
