Prime Land Antelope Valley Antelope Valley, also known as Aerospace Valley, is home to large leading aerospace companies like Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

It is also home to several high tech companies that provide materials and technology to the defense industry. Edwards AFB is also nearby. It is located approximately 55 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. The presence of these companies in the area provides a fertile ground for employment opportunities and the relevant surge of trade and commerce as expected in the growth of upcoming communities.

Due to these factors and the support the government has given to local businesses in the form of hiring tax credits and other incentives, a lot of companies have relocated in this area making it a hot bed for investors who have developed interest in its development. A lot of well known builders are now busy building new homes to support the need for housing. I , myself, have seen a lot of potentials and promise for this area --- primarily on the Twin Cities of Palmdale and Lancaster, and I took a personal interest and insight on its progress. I want to share some information to my friends who may want to know more about Antelope Valley . I totally believe that this place is now ripe for more investment opportunities and now is the best time to buy. 🚨 The Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (Final EIR/EIS) for the approximately 80-mile Bakersfield to Palmdale project section is available.

If approved, the Bakersfield to Palmdale project section will be the first high-speed rail segment in Southern California to be environmentally cleared. This milestone moves the project section closer to being “shovel ready” for when preconstruction and construction funding become available.
