wanted to 'work' in real estate. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked as a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) for a decade with children and families. I believe that this experience prepared me well for real estate sales, such as being an active listener, "being where the client is", and being a good communicator, while responding quickly to client's needs. Providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. Married with three young daughters, I'm involved with supporting and improving public education in Los Angeles, specifically in Del Rey. I enjoy gardening, specifically drought tolerant California native plants. Yoga, weight lifting and spinning, and traveling are my other passions. LA real estate is crazy - some homes sit and don’t get any love, while others like these two homes got multiple offers. These two lovely Del Rey homes both had all cash buyers, with one buyer completing a 1031 Exchage.
Sellers, who are on the fence about selling because of all the uncertainties in the world, please note that Buyers are still buying!

Selling condos in the Los Angeles, has been difficult in the last couple years. Even great neighborhoods like Culver City have seen a price drop…. Why?
The main reason is SB 326 (balcony law) has not been completed and most HOA’s were not prepared for the cost involved. Which leads to an increased HOA or a Special Assessment or both!
There are definitely opportunities to be had in the condo market. Reach out to discuss your specific plan.

After working in real estate for over 20 years I’m still amazed by the courage it takes for first time buyers to take the leap of faith.
It’s especially inspiring when they’re immigrates and new to this country and ready to invest in their first home !!
