After my first daughter was born and buying the first investment property, it was clear I wanted to 'work' in real estate. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked as a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) for a decade with children and families. I believe that this experience prepared me well for real estate sales, such as being an active listener, "being where the client is", and being a good communicator, while responding quickly to client's needs. Providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. Married with three young daughters, I'm involved with supporting and improving public education in Los Angeles, specifically in Del Rey. I enjoy gardening, specifically drought tolerant California native plants. Yoga, weight lifting and spinning, and traveling are my other passions. LA real estate is crazy - some homes sit and don’t get any love, while others like these two homes got multiple offers. These two lovely Del Rey homes both had all cash buyers, with one buyer completing a 1031 Exchage.

Selling condos in the Los Angeles, has been difficult in the last couple years. Even great neighborhoods like Culver City have seen a price drop…. Why?
The main reason is SB 326 (balcony law) has not been completed and most HOA’s were not prepared for the cost involved. Which leads to an increased HOA or a Special Assessment or both!
