THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS!!! 16 of us showed up for the Can & Bottle Sort today and completed that HUGE pile in 1 hour 45 minutes!!! Then we cleaned up and washed up and had some of Jake Clay's yummy homemade cinnamon rolls! Only downside was more GARBAGE than normal in with the cans AND more smashed cans than we have ever seen.
Don't smash your cans please as they will not pay for them and PLEASE put your garbage in a bag and take to the front gate and pay your $5!
