Just Sold!

It was a family affair today as my client, and really friend, got to close on the sale of her condo. She raised her daughter in the home for quite some time and then it became a source of income as a rental. It has served her different chapters of life. And now, it is serving her and her family's next move by letting it go. So many memories with so many emotions for her today.

When you click that button, you're not reaching the listing agent. You're not even guaranteed to reach someone familiar with that home or area. You're reaching whoever paid to be there.

The better move? Find an agent you actually trust before you start clicking around. Someone who can pull listings for you directly, give you real insight, and represent your interests from day one — not Zillow's bottom line.

Real talk: most people only see the highlight reel. The pretty homes, the sold signs, the "flexible schedule" (we all laugh at that one 😂).

The late nights, the negotiations, the problem-solving behind the scenes… that’s the part you don’t see on the feed. But it’s also the part that matters most.
