Pics from the training that Tiffany is conducting in the MA region for Hadley West, James Steam Mill, Judson House, Pheasant Hill, and Wilbraham Commons. The training is being held at Hadley West and has included Customer Service; Income, asset, and deductions; the move-out process, and processing annual recertifications. The staff was really engaged yesterday while I attended, Tiffany does an outstanding job!

SHP’s Compliance Department would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the staff at Lakeview Apartments for hosting a three-day training event last week for our New York teams.

It was wonderful to see all the new faces in our NYC portfolio. We appreciated the opportunity to work with the staff from Paul Robeson Houses, Lexington Court, Lakeview Apartments, Metro Court North and Renwick. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable and memorable gathering!

During this training, Tiffany (Training and Compliance Analyst) presented key aspects of our SHP Management policies and procedures, shared anticipated software changes, and conducted mock interviews with some difficult scenarios. Days one and two were focused on Office staff. We were pleased to include Operations team members on day three for a brief introduction to RealPage Facilities.

We look forward to bringing this event to our Boston Portfolio on June 7-9th!
